Sézane collections are only available through our online shop. Remember that returns are easy and free *!

I'm not receiving your invitations, what do i have to do?

To receive our invitations, sign in by clicking here! check your junk email box and the different sections of your email service. If you haven’t received anything, we advise you to add helloworld@sezane.com to your list of contacts to avoid such problems.

I'd like to offer someone a gift voucher, is that possible?

Our e-gift cards and paper gift cards for 50, 100 and 200 € are available here.

Our collections

Sézane's collections

Four collections a year are unveiled, they are then supplemented each month by new products in our "capsule collections".

A product is out of stock will it reappear ?

Starting this season, we will try to restock pieces from the main collections and the collections whenever possible. To find out whether a restock is planned, and when, go to the product information sheet for the relevant piece in the e-shop.

How do I find out what size I am?

Check out our size guide, which can be accessed from every page. If you want to try them on, you are very welcome to come at the Apartment, in Paris which is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm. (L'Appartement will open its doors on September 9th)

How long my basket will be saved?

We save all items from your basket for 30 minutes.

For all orders made from France, goods are shipped within the next 48 working hours. Just after we have uploaded a new collection, it may take up to 10 days to prepare all parcels.

Can I change part of my order or cancel it ?

Once your order is confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it. Got to the MY ACCOUNT/ORDERS page, look at your last order, cancel it by clicking on the cancel button. The status will change to 'Cancelled'. After that time, you can just return the items to us for a refund within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
If you wish to modify your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

I placed several orders on the same day, can I group them together to get a refond of the shipping costs ?

Yes, if you placed several orders until 12pm, they will be automatically grouped together. Naturally, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

How can I use my credit note ?

To use your credit note, just enter the code in the ‘Discount coupon/Credit note’ field and then click on ‘OK’ to confirm it.

Register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘. Note : if you do not place your request for a return online, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

2 - Send

Follow these instructions, depending on your chosen return method :

- If you choose a Collect+ return, stick the return label provided onto your parcel, then drop off the parcel at a Collect+ store of your choice.

- If you choose a DPD return, download and print the return label from your Sézane account. Stick the label onto your parcel and drop it o at a DPD point of your choice. Find DPD points here :https://www.dpd.com.

I've already downloaded the return form, how can I return my parcel

The online version can’t be modified, but if you tick the items that you are actually returning on the paper return form, everything will be fine.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that refunds can take up to 5 to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case.
Allow our logistics team a few days to process your parcel once it has ‘delivered’ status. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.

How can I pay my order ?

The payment can be done by :
- Credit card (visa, mastercard, maestro and american express)
- Online banking transfer : Sofort (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland) and iDEAL (Netherlands)
- Paypal
- Diners
- Discover
- Credit note
- Gift card

Sézane does not allow payments several times.

Note: our e-commerce transactions are processed in and shipped from France. Hence, some international banks or credit cards charge a foreign transaction fee for online purchases from online stores based in the European Union. Sézane does not charge such fee. Please contact your bank or credit card company before purchasing to confirm, and email bonjour@sezane.com for any questions.
