Sézane collections are only available through our online shop. Remember that returns are easy and free *!

I'm not receiving your invitations, what do i have to do?

To receive our invitations, sign in by clicking here! check your junk email box and the different sections of your email service. If you haven’t received anything, we advise you to add helloworld@sezane.com to your list of contacts to avoid such problems.

I'd like to offer someone a gift voucher, is that possible?

Our e-gift cards and paper gift cards for 50, 100 and 200€ are available here.

Our collections

Sézane's collections

Four collections a year are unveiled, they are then supplemented each month by new products in our "capsule collections".

A product is out of stock will it reappear ?

Starting this season, we will try to restock pieces from the main collections and the collections whenever possible. To find out whether a restock is planned, and when, go to the product information sheet for the relevant piece in the e-shop.

How do I find out what size I am?

Check out our size guide, which can be accessed from every page. If you want to try them on, you are very welcome to come at the Apartment which is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm.

How long my basket will be saved?

We save all items from your basket for 30 minutes.

From France

For all orders made from France, goods are shipped within the next 48 working hours. Just after we have uploaded a new collection, it may take up to 10 days to prepare all parcels.

Free returns from a point-relais, post office or courier service in Paris.

24h to 48h from monday to friday.

All orders placed before 12h00 will be delivered to your home by Chronopost the next day before 13h.

Can I change part of my order or cancel it ?

Once your order is confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it. Got to the MY ACCOUNT/ORDERS page, look at your last order, cancel it by clicking on the cancel button. The status will change to 'Cancelled'. After that time, you can just return the items to us for a refund within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
If you wish to modify your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

I placed several orders on the same day, can I group them together to get a refond of the shipping costs ?

Yes, if you placed several orders in the same morning or afternoon, they will be automatically grouped together. Naturally, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

How can I use my credit note ?

To use your credit note, just enter the code in the ‘Discount coupon/Credit note’ field and then click on ‘OK’ to confirm it.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return or exchange an item?

You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund, if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel.

We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.

1 - Announce

Go to your MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS space to request a return. Follow the steps – it’s easy!

2 - Prepare

Include the original delivery note in your parcel, having marked the products that you are returning to us.

3 - Send

Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the post office!

I can't download the return form, how can I return my parcel

We advise you to use Chrome or Firefox to download your form! If you are using Mondial Relay to return your item, we advise you to deactivate your pop-up blocker before trying to download your return label. If it still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us at helloworld@sezane.com, and we’ll find a solution.

I've already downloaded the return form, how can I return my parcel

The online version can’t be modified, but if you tick the items that you are actually returning on the paper return form, everything will be fine.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that refunds can take up to 5 to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case.
Allow our logistics team a few days to process your parcel once it has ‘delivered’ status. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.

The payment can be done by :

- Gift card

Sézane does not allow payments several times.
