How does Sézane's e-shop work?
Sézane presents several collections a year in its COLLECTION e-shop. They are revealed monthly and seasonally and are supplemented with new items weekly...To keep up to date with our new arrivals and get your invitations, sign up here ;)

Sézane's collections are available exclusively through our e-shop. Take note that returns are easy to make and free*!

I'm not receiving your invitations, what do I have to do to get them?
If you've already signed up, you should be receiving them! As a first step, we suggest checking your spam folder and other folders in your inbox. If you still don't see anything, try adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to avoid this problem, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get real-time updates.
I'd like to give a gift card, is that possible?
Patience, patience, they're coming soon ;)
A product is out of stock, will it come back?
We do our best to restock items which sell out before a new collection arrives. To be notified of a restocking, please sign up to the item's page: you'll automatically get an email when the stock is no longer at 0! Generally, the items presented in the monthly collection are not restocked, while Essentials are restocked as quickly as possible!
How do I work out what my size is?
You can check our size guide, available on every page. Sézane's sizes aren't particularly big or small! For some products, the "size guide" has advice specific to the item. Again, if in doubt, don't forget that returns are easy to make and free*!

Has my order been received?
There are two ways to be sure that your order has been registered: you can check if your order appears on your MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS page and you should receive a confirmation email (which might fall into your spam folder!)
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We'll send the package in 48-72 hours* and then you'll need to add the shipping time to that. All the details are here. The day after a collection is put online, the delay could be up to 10 days, the time it takes to prepare all the little packages ;)
Can I change part of my order? What about cancelling it?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, it's impossible! If you've changed your mind, you can always organise the return of any order you've received. If you've given an incomplete address, write to us. On the other hand, we can't change the destination of a parcel that's already on its way!
To cancel an order, you have one hour! Go to your MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS page... After that, you can only send items back for a refund once you receive your package, within a 15 day window.
Can I add an item to my basket once the order has been made?
Unfortunately, this isn't possible for logistical and technical reasons ;)
I'm having problems paying for my order, what do I do?
Try using Firefox or Chrome browsers to place your order. We're available at email@example.com if you're still having issues ;)
I've made several orders in one day. Can I group them together and have the delivery fees refunded?
That isn't possible at the moment, but we're working on a solution ;)
How can I return or exchange products?
It's easy. Go to MY ACCOUNT/MY RETURNS. Simply click on the order in question, indicate which items you want to return and print your prepaid return receipt!
Important: we do not do exchanges, only refunds for returns. To change the size or model of a product, simply return your product then make a new order through the e-shop. If you order the same item a second time, we'll refund the delivery costs at your request.
Last of all: you have 15 days after you receive your order to return your package! All the details are HERE
I can't download my receipt, what should I do to return my package?
We suggest using Chrome or Firefox browsers to download your pour receipt, but if that doesn't work, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll find a solution!
I've downloaded my receipt but I want to change the returned items.
The online version can't be changed but clearly mark the items you've actually returned on the receipt and everything will work out fine :)
How will I know if my returned package has arrived?
When your package arrives at our warehouse, it is processed in a short space of time. Once the refund has been made, you'll receive an email to tell you.
How long will it take for me to be refunded?
At the fastest, you'll be refunded as soon as the package arrives, and within ten working days at the latest! The refund should then appear in the account you used to pay us in 5 to 10 working days.
