How does Sézane’s e-shop work ?

Sézane has several collections each year ("the Monthly Collections"). Parts of the collections are available throughout the season on the e-shop, and until stocks are exhausted. You can also discover our "Essentials", "Lifestyle" and "Last call" e-shops. To receive your invitations and hear about the launch of new collections, just SIGN UP HERE

Where can I find Sézane design ?

The Sézane collections are available exclusively online on our e-shop. Please note that returns are easy and free *

How do I know the size ?

You can consult our size guide, which is available on every page. Sézane doesn't size too small or too large! Remember, if in doubt, it is easy and free* to return items!

A product is sold out, will it come back ?

We try to restock items that have sold out before a new collection arrives. To be notified of restocking, feel free to register on that particular item's page: you will receive an automatic email as soon as the stock is greater than 0!

Can I pre-order a sold-out product ?

Unfortunately this is impossible! (It's not that we don't want to, it's just that we can't! ;) The joys of logistics ...)

Do you ship outside from France ?

Yes we happily do ;) from 10 € for Europe (UPS or DHL) 15 € for all other countries (UPS or DHL) We ship packages within 48 hours * and then you have to bear in mind transit time. HERE.

DURING YOUR ORDER

What are your fees and delivery times for France ?

You have several delivery options Colissimo (8€), Pick up & go service Mondial Relay (4€) and Chronopost express (15€). We ship packages within 48 hours * and then you have to bear in mind transit time.

How long before I receive my order ?

We ship packages within 48 hours * and then it spends some time in transit HERE.
* Immediately after the launch of a new collection, this period may be extended up to 8 working days

Can I change an item in my order ?

Once the order is confirmed, unfortunately, this is impossible! If you change your mind, you can always arrange to return an item once the order has been delivered. If you have filled in an incorrect/incomplete address, please contact us. However, we can not change the destination of your package once it has been shipped !

How do I cancel my order ?

You have 1 hour to cancel your order, you can do that in MY ACCOUNT/ MY ORDERS
After that, it will be impossible to cancel your order but you will, of course, be able to return it, within 15 days.

AFTER YOUR ORDER

How can I give feedback on what I just bought ?

We are very pleased with all the feedback you give us; it helps us to move forward ! Therefore please do not hesitate to contact us! You can also share a photo of your purchase on Instagram by tagging us @sezane_paris? or #sezane_paris

How can I make a return, and do you do exchanges ?

If you ordered from France, it is free of charge. You go into MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS. Just click on the relevant order, indicate the product you want to return, and print your documents ! If you want to return a product from abroad, just contact us !

Please note that we don’t do exchanges, just refunds. To change a size or model, simply return your product first and submit a new order on the e-shop.
At your request, if you order the same model a second time, we will refund the postage fee.

Last thing: you have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase! HERE

How do I know if my return has arrived ?

Once your package has arrived, it is processed as soon as possible. Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email to let you know.

How long will it take to refund me ?

Once the parcel arrived safe and sound, you will be refunded as soon as possible !
The amount will appear within 48 to 72 working hours on your bank account.
