I am not receiving your newsletters or invitations, what do I have to do?

To receive our invitations, sign in by clicking here! check your junk email box and the different sections of your email service. If you haven’t received anything, we advise you to add bonjour@sezane.com to your list of contacts to avoid such problems.

I'd like to offer someone a gift voucher, is that possible?

Sézane's collections

Sézane unveils four collections each year, they are completed each month by new products in our "capsule collections".

A product is out of stock will it reappear?

Starting this season, we will try to restock pieces from the main collections and the collections whenever possible.

How do I find out what size I am?

Check out our size guide, which can be accessed from every page. If you want to try them on, you are very welcome to come, at the Appartement New York, 254 Elizabeth St, New York, NY 10012; or at the Appartement, 1 rue Saint Fiacre, Paris, France.

How long my basket will be saved?

We save all items from your basket for 30 minutes.

Express service from DHL to the US is $15 and free for orders over $200

Can I change part of my order or cancel it ?

Once your order is confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it. Got to the MY ACCOUNT/ORDERS page, look at your last order, cancel it by clicking on the cancel button. The status will change to 'Cancelled'. After that time, you can just return the items to us for a refund within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
If you wish to modify your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

I placed several orders on the same day, can I group them together to get a refund of the shipping costs?

Yes, if you placed several orders until 12pm, they will be automatically grouped together. Naturally, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

How can I use my credit note?

To use your credit note, just enter the code in the ‘Discount coupon/Credit note’ field and then click on ‘OK’ to confirm it.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return or exchange an item?

You have fifteen days* from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund, if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.

Please note that in the US we do not currently accept online orders as returns in store.

1 - Announce

For a faster refund you can register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY RETURNS‘. Sign into your account and under My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.

2 - Prepare

For the US: Stick the UPS label on the parcel. For the rest of the world, send back the parcel using the return method of your choice to the following address:

3 - Send

Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store (https://www.ups.com/dropoff )

I can't download the return form, how can I return my parcel?

We advise you to use Chrome or Firefox to download your form! If it still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us at bonjour@sezane.com, and we’ll find a solution.

I've already downloaded the return form, how can I return my parcel?

The online version can’t be modified, but if you tick the items that you are actually returning on the paper return form, everything will be fine.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case.
Allow our logistics team a few days to process your parcel once it has ‘delivered’ status. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.

How can I pay for my order?

The payment can be done by:
- Credit card (visa, mastercard, maestro and american express)
- Paypal
- Diners
- Discover
- Credit note
- Gift card

Sézane does not allow payments several times.

Note: our e-commerce transactions are processed in and shipped from France. Hence, some US banks or credit cards charge a foreign transaction fee for online purchase from online stores based in European Union. Sézane does not charge such fee. Please contact your bank or credit card company before purchasing to confirm, and email bonjour@sezane.com for any questions.
