I am not receiving your newsletters or invitations, what do I have to do?

To receive our invitations, sign in by clicking here! check your junk email box and the different sections of your email service. If you haven’t received anything, we advise you to add helloworld@sezane.com to your list of contacts to avoid such problems.

I'd like to offer someone a gift voucher, is that possible?

Our collections

Sézane's collections

Sézane unveils four collections each year, they are completed each month by new products in our "capsule collections".

A product is out of stock will it reappear?

Starting this season, we will try to restock pieces from the main collections and the collections whenever possible. To find out whether a restock is planned, and when, go to the product information sheet for the relevant piece in the e-shop.

How do I find out what size I am?

Check out our size guide, which can be accessed from every page. If you want to try them on, you are very welcome to come at the Apartment, 1 rue Saint Fiacre, Paris, France.

How long my basket will be saved?

We save all items from your basket for 30 minutes.

From abroad

For all orders made from France, goods are shipped within the next 48 working hours. On the day following the uploading of a new collection, it may take up to 10 days to prepare all parcels. Additional taxes may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, these charges are payable by the customer. More information in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I change part of my order or cancel it ?

Once your order is confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it. Got to the MY ACCOUNT/ORDERS page, look at your last order, cancel it by clicking on the cancel button. The status will change to 'Cancelled'. After that time, you can just return the items to us for a refund within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
If you wish to modify your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

I placed several orders on the same day, can I group them together to get a refund of the shipping costs ?

Yes, if you placed several orders in the same morning or afternoon, they will be automatically grouped together. Naturally, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

How can I use my credit note ?

To use your credit note, just enter the code in the ‘Discount coupon/Credit note’ field and then click on ‘OK’ to confirm it.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return or exchange an item?

You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund, if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.

1 - Announce

Sign into your account and under My Returns, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click ont the "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.

2 - Prepare

Include the original delivery note in your parcel, having marked the products that you are returning to us. Once you have submitted your returns request, you can download and print your pre-paid returns label directly from your customer account.

3 - Send

Attach the return label to your parcel and take it to the nearest UPS store (https://www.ups.com/dropoff )

I can't download the return form, how can I return my parcel

We advise you to use Chrome or Firefox to download your form! If it still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us at helloworld@sezane.com, and we’ll find a solution.

I've already downloaded the return form, how can I return my parcel

The online version can’t be modified, but if you tick the items that you are actually returning on the paper return form, everything will be fine.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that refunds can take up to 5 to 6 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case.
Allow our logistics team a few days to process your parcel once it has ‘delivered’ status. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.
