My parcel has not been delivered to my chosen collection point. What should I do?

When your chosen collection point isn't available, at full capacity or closed for unforeseen reasons, the carrier is required to drop your parcel off at a different collection point.


Unfortunately, we're unable to change the collection point once your parcel has been dropped off. If you're unable to collect your parcel, it will be automatically returned to us.


If the parcel is returned to our Atelier, we can resend it to you upon request. You will receive an automatic email with an offer to have it re-shipped at no additional cost to the address of your choice.


Otherwise, a refund will be processed within 7 working days of your parcel arriving at our logistics center.
