Was my order successful?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your basket.
You can also view your order details in My Account > My Orders.
If you haven’t received the email within an hour, check your spam folder, as our email may have slipped through. If your confirmation email was there, we invite you to add the email address bonjour@sezane.com or hello@sezane.com to your address book.
If your order was confirmed using your Apple account, it will not be linked to your usual customer account. You will therefore not receive a confirmation or order shipping email. However, you can track the status of your order by clicking on "Continue with Apple" on the login page of our website here.
