How can I make a second return ?
Terms for a second return
We accept only one complimentary return per order. If you need to make a second return, it will be at your own expense (unless you return your pieces directly to one of our Appartements).
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and labels still attached.
If you purchased a Les Composantes x Sézane piece, it must be returned in its original packaging to ensure proper protection.
Please note:
-All purchases made at Le Bon Marché must be returned directly to Le Bon Marché.
-We have recently updated our return policy to better align with the nature of the Archives offering. These pieces are available in limited quantities, offered at reduced prices and, in select cases, exclusively available in your country. To support this, we’re no longer able to accept returns or exchanges. Our website and App indicate these pieces as ‘Final Sale—No Exchanges or Returns’, please see our T&Cs.
In case of an item that is defective, damaged, or is different from the product ordered, or if you have any questions, please get in touch with us by clicking on the bouton 'CONTACT US'.
If you wish to make a second return, the process will vary depending on your delivery country.
Please find the steps for a second return below:
1. Create your return
- Log into Sezane.com or on Sézane App
- Go to My account > My returns, click on 'Make a return' and select the relevant order number, and follow the instructions.
2. Prepare your return parcel
- Pack the pieces you wish to return along with the second return form into a box of your choice (If you're reusing the original delivery box, be sure to remove the original shipping label before attaching your new return label).
- Send your parcel to the following address:

3. Send the parcel
- Choose the shipping carrier of your choice to send your return.
- Make sure to drop off your parcel within 30 days and keep your proof of postage until your return is fully processed.
