Pilling is caused by excess material and rubbing, especially on new, high-quality pieces.

We recommend hand-washing your knitwear with very little special wool detergent. Do not use fabric softener, as this could damage the fibers.

We recommend drying your wool knitwear flat on a towel in the shade to preserve its shape and quality. Direct heat and UV rays can damage wool fibers.
Pilling will gradually disappear, but if it bothers you, you can use an electric razor: lay your knit flat, gently stretch the material, and shave your sweater from top to bottom. Be careful, as excessive use can alter the feel and look of your knitwear.

Long-haired sweaters like mohair are likely to deposit excess material on your other garments. This is due to the length of the fiber, which naturally detaches itself. You can use an adhesive brush to remove hair from your other garments.
