  • You can also have your order delivered to one of our Conciergerie locations in Paris 2nd and 16th arrondissements, free of charge. It’s the perfect place to collect your order, try on your purchases, and return them for an immediate refund should you require it.

    - La Conciergerie Paris 2ème is located at 32 rue des Jeuneurs 75002 PARIS, and is open from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11am and 8pm
    - La Conciergerie Paris 16eme is located at 25 rue de l’Annonciation 75016 PARIS, and is open from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10am and 7pm
  • Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

    - Preparing: We are lovingly putting together your order in our warehouse
    - Dispatched: Your package has been handed to our courrier and they are getting your delivery to you
    - Estimated delivery date: Estimated date on which your package should arrive at your chosen location
    - Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your home.
    - Available in Relay: Your package is available at your chosen Relay delivery point.
    - Available at La Conciergerie: Your package is available at one of our Conciergeries
