• You have a period of 15 days after you receive your order in which to return your purchases for a full refund or credit note. Please be aware that any purchases with the label missing cannot be returned.

    You can return your order directly to one of our Conciergeries (Paris 2ème and Paris 16ème). Here’s how:

    1. On our website, choose the ‘La Conciergerie’ option when making a request to return an order.
    2. Leave your items at La Conciergerie.
    3. You will be refunded immediately.

    You can make a return request on our website on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page – it’s the simplest and quickest way to return your order and be swiftly refunded.

    Stick the return receipt (which comes with the delivery) onto the package, and leave it at the nearest delivery point or post office.

    * Products bought at the Sézane outlet at the Bon Marché must be returned in person to the Bon Marché outlet.
    ** Sézane products bought at Boutique Solidaire shops cannot be returned or exchanged.
    *** To return another item from an order, please contact us at hello@sezane.com, and we will help you through the process. You will have to pay shipping fees in this case.

  • We don’t offer an exchange service through our website sezane.com. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.
  • If your package doesn’t contain a return receipt, you can download one online at your ‘My Account/My Returns’ page:
    - Click ‘Make a return request’
    - Select the relevant option
    - Select ‘I am using my return receipt’
    - Select which products you would like to return to us
    - Choose whether you would prefer to receive a refund or a credit note.
    - Once you reach the return request confirmation page, you can then click the ‘Download my return receipt’ option.

    Should you have any difficulties, try using Chrome or Firefox to download your receipt! If this doesn’t work, contact us at hello@sezane.com - we’re here to help!
  • You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.

    Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.
  • We have but one obsession: to offer you the most beautiful creations there are! If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at hello@sezane.com

    Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
  • You can follow the progress of your return online on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page. You will find the following information:
    - The order reference number
    - The date on which the return request for the item was made
    - The chosen return method
    - The return package tracking number
    - The progress of the return process: pending or completed
  • A second life for your cardboard boxes

    When you order from our site, you’ll receive a fully recyclable, cardboard delivery box.
    Here are some ideas to give your box a second life:

    Place your pre-loved Sezane clothes into your cardboard box, and send them back to us at :

    These pieces will be sold at our Charity Boutique in Paris (Boutique Solidaire) for the benefit of our charity initiative DEMAIN.

    DONATE ANY OTHER CLOTHING THAT YOU NO LONGER NEED
    If you live in Paris, come and meet us at our Charity Boutique, located at 3 rue Saint Fiacre, 75002 Paris (open from the 21st of each month until the end of each month), or at the Conciergerie, 32 rue des Jeuneurs, 75002 Paris, to drop off any clothing that you no longer wear. We will donate the items to Emmaus, a charity which ensures that people in need have access to clothing, or they will be recycled by the charity Le Relais.

     By sending us your old clothes, or depositing them at the Charity Boutique or Conciergerie, you will receive 10% reduction on any purchase made at the Charity Boutique.

     And of course, you can also express your creativity in a thousand other ways by turning them into everyday objects. Cover the cardboard with a nice fabric (you'll find a great selection at Liberty) and it can be used for storage. If you have children, give their imagine free rein by transforming it into castle, hut, robot ...
