My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?
You have been notified by email that your order has been returned to our Atelier.
Depending on the country you are in, the actions you need to take may vary. Find out what to do by selecting your delivery country:
You have two options to choose from:
- Refund: If we don’t hear from you, we’ll automatically process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your order at our Atelier.
- Re-shipping at no extra cost: To request re-shipping, simply contact us at retourexpediteur@sezane.com or returntosender@sezane.com (for USA) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Please include your surname, first name, address, phone number, email, and order number. We’ll confirm that we’ve received your request, and once your returned parcel reaches us, we’ll prepare your re-shipment. Please allow a few extra days for the new shipping number to be provided.
We’ll automatically process your refund within 7 working days of your order arriving at our Atelier.
Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, we’re unable to reship your order. We kindly invite you to place a new order.
