How do I cancel or modify an order?
Cancellation
You have one hour after placing your order to cancel it. Simply go to My Account > My Orders to make any changes.
Content modification
Once placed, the contents of an order cannot be modified. If needed, you can return the item after receiving it via My Account > My Orders.
Delivery address modification
Once your order has been confirmed, you have one hour to change your delivery address. To do so, simply click on the “CONTACT US” button to provide us with your new address.
If the one-hour deadline has passed and your order has been shipped, we invite you to contact the carrier directly to confirm the possibility of changing your delivery address.
Please note : After one hour, our teams are no longer able to cancel or modify your order.
