When will I receive my refund?


Once your parcel has been received by our Atelier, you will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your return.


Your refund will then be processed within a maximum of 5 working days*, then you will receive a second confirmation email with the refunded amount.


The refund will be made according to the payment method used when you placed your order:

- Payment by credit card: the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 5 additional working days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Payment by credit note or gift card: the refund will be made in the form of a credit note, which will be immediately available in your customer account.

- Payment using multiple payment methods (credit card, credit note, and/or gift card): the amount paid by credit card will be refunded to the card used for the purchase (visible in your account within 5 working days), and the amount paid using a credit note or gift card will be refunded in the form of a credit note (available directly in your customer account).

- Cash payment in one of our Appartements: the refund will be issued as a credit to your customer account. If you would like a cash refund, the order must be returned to one of our Conciergeries or Appartements.


*During the Archives or festive season, your order may be refunded within 15 working days.
